Anyone else have this problem. The garage door opener in the smartthings app is showing open. How did you get smartthings to notice your iris garage door opener controller. The manual suggests miswiring or obstruction.

So i have the lowes iris z wave garage door opener their flavor of the linear gocontrol garage door opener gd00z and i think the tilt sensor is defective. Since it uses z wave it s compatible with smartthings. St requires a connected switch to operate a garage door opener. The iris z wave garage door controller gd 00z 1 along with smartthings allows you to remotely open close and monitor your garage door.

Followed instructions cycled the door open and close. Mine is not being seen by smartthings. The tilt sensor works great and reports correctly. Please search the forums for information about that.
